Title: Administrative Assistant
Reports to: Office Manager
Location: Lexington, MA

The Administrative Assistant will report to the Office Manager and is responsible for providing administrative support to Executives and will also assume receptionist duties. These duties include, but are not limited to: booking travel, calendar management, ordering office supplies, providing Executive support.
The successful candidate must have a strong attention to detail, exceptional follow-through, and be able to take complete ownership of the aforementioned areas with minimal management oversight.
Responsibilities:
- Assume receptionist duties, greet public and refer them to the appropriate staff members.
- Provide executive level support for multiple Executives.
- Provide back up support in the absence of the Office Manager.
- Maintain lobby and front desk area keeping it clean and free from clutter.
- Distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail and overnight packages.
- Organize and diligently maintain calendars, schedule complex meetings, and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flight, hotel, and ground transportation.
- Process Executive expense reports.
- Perform ad hoc projects as needed.
- Create and modify documents.
- Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phone numbers, and office keys.
- Responsible for ordering office and kitchen supplies on an ongoing basis.
- Manage certain vendor relationships.
- Responsible for communicating with building management and informing staff of any relevant building information.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of administrative experience required.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to perform in a fast paced environment.
- Resourceful and able to handle multiple changing priorities.
- Strong time management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of OnForce's marketing strategy geared to increasing the number of buyers in the VARs, OEMs, and solution providers segments using the OnForce platform. Channel and partner marketing programs must be developed to support sales and business development efforts.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and implementing all marketing channels, including online and offline advertising, pay-per-click and organic search, affiliate and email marketing leveraging the creative agency and internal online marketing staff.
- Develop an annual direct marketing plan that provides strategic direction
- Own and manage the overall budget associated with the business.
- Drive direct channel marketing / partner marketing strategy and ensure continuity of planning.

- Development, efficient execution and management of successful marketing plan and budget.
- Support the process for new adding additional pros by developing customer segmentation & targeting, value proposition, product positing, competitive positing and sales tools.
- Drive annual and long-range marketing plans to meet objectives, including short and long-term strategic planning.
- Compile, interpret, and report key metrics tied to specific marketing campaigns.
- Manage the creation, production and inventory of collateral for use by the sales team including white papers, and case studies.

Reports to: Director of Product Management

The Product Manager position is an excellent opportunity to help drive the creation of an innovative online marketplace. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with marketing, sales, application development and other internal teams, as well as our customers. This opportunity provides a great deal of input into the envisioning, development and specification of new features and processes. Your work will enable the OnForce marketplace to operate efficiently, enhance the quality of IT services sold within our marketplace, and enable the company to expand existing service categories and markets.
This opportunity requires a motivated candidate to think creatively to solve UI, information architecture, and process management issues. Excellent candidates will have a track record of entrepreneurial thinking and management of online products. You will have the opportunity to use existing skills and develop new ones while working with a highly experienced, innovative team and company.
The Product Manager will be responsible for defining, launching, and analyzing product features for the OnForce platform and marketplace. You will be responsible for the creation of business and product requirements documents, the development of new and updated UI and site diagrams, and the management of the OnForce product development process through the entire Software Development Lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help define OnForce short- and long-term product strategy within specific areas (e.g. work order creation, market research or payment processing)
- Define product requirements for features and generate PRDs including functionality, UI, and content
- Work with Director of Product Development and other Product Managers to coordinate site features and ensure that business needs are addressed quickly and efficiently
- Enhance the usability of site through product analysis and specifications, including customer feedback, user testing and site usage data
- Track PRDs through OnForce product development process and software develop-ment pipeline
- Work with Support, Training, and Marketing teams to help launch, provide training, and support new product features and enhancements
- Manage OnForce Product and features through entire life cycle
Previous Experience:
- At least 2 years of Product Management experience at a software or internet company
- Strong analytic skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to recommend data-driven decisions
- Ability to think deeply and strategically about product features, including potential business or process impact to OnForce or our customers
- Excellent writing and diagramming skills, with Visio or OmniGraffle experience a plus
- Ability to develop strong relationships internally with members of product team is critical
- Ability to work closely and well with business leaders and application development team.
