OnForce Appoints Bill Lucchini as Chief Operating Officer
Hires Former Intuit Executive to Support OnForce Growth

BOSTON – June 23, 2010 – OnForce, the leading on-site services marketplace that matches
service buyers with service professionals to fulfill information technology and consumer
electronic work, has appointed Bill Lucchini as Chief Operating Officer (COO). In his new role
at OnForce, Lucchini will oversee the development, product, and marketing organizations, and
will focus on aligning strategic goals with operational activities.

With more than 17 years of experience at Intuit building software and services, Lucchini brings
extensive product development and leadership experience to OnForce. Most recently, Lucchini
was Vice President and General Manager for the Intuit Platform as a Service Group where he led
Intuit’s QuickBase business and launched the Intuit Partner Platform. Previous to this role,
Lucchini was Vice President and General Manager for the Intuit Mid Market Group, where he
launched Intuit’s first channel, the Intuit Solution Provider Program.


Lucchini will actively meet with service buyers and service professionals to gather their insights
about how OnForce is driving their business growth today and into the future. In addition, as
OnForce continues to expand and deepen its market presence, Lucchini will look to supplement
the OnForce team with new talent.
